Heading Up The Aisle is pleased to be able to offer an affordable chair cover service. We have white satin and white and ivory poly cotton covers for hire for your special day or event.


The sashes are available in over 90 colours so please ask us for details and a colour matching service is available at extra cost. Click on the pictures below to see a selection of the sashes available.






Pricing and Services available
Heading Up The Aisle offer two services:-
1) DIY Service - for those of you who want chair covers but are on a budget
Our DIY service allows you to collect them from us and put them on yourself then return them to us after the wedding or event the following day in the boxes provided. You just pick up in Orpington at an agreed time and return to us the following day.
Cost:-
£1.75 per chair for satin covers
£2.00 - per chair for white stretch fabric cover with or without tie attached
£2.50 per chair for ivory and white covers
£3.50 per cover for baby pink and black covers.
The above includes the cost of the sash and discounts are available for orders over 200 chairs, please ask us for details.
2) Our Bespoke fitting service - we will come to your venue and set up for you, you then remove the covers and place in the boxes provided with the sashes untied for us to collect between 10-11am the following day after the wedding. The above costs apply plus a fee starting from £100 for us to put them on for you depending on the location of the wedding and we will quote this accordingly.

We also have covers with ties already attached which are a good solution to fitting lots of different chair types. Also it is possible to attach a sash over the top of them also.


We also offer a post out service so that you can check sizing with your venue, this costs £10 and we will send the sash and cover recorded delivery to you so you can check the sizing is correct. Then if you book with us £5 will be deducted from your final account.
Note that a damages deposit is also required and is advised at the time of booking, this should be by cheque and will be returned to you uncahsed once the covers have been cleaned and checked for damages the week following your event.
