So you have done all your planning according to the relevant timings outlined to you in magazines, the venue’s booked, the cake’s confirmed, the flowers are chosen, you have decided on your table arrangements, bought the rings, chosen the dress and booked the cars. You are sure you have it covered but are still concerned about how it will all happen on the day.

An “On the Day” Wedding Co-ordinator is there to deliver your wedding day plans to your wishes and to ensure that your day goes without a hitch, to liaise with your hotel or venue to ensure that everything is in place. We are there so that any wedding issues that arise are managed without having to involve any of your family members so that leaves you and them free to fully enjoy your wedding day at to be a guest at your own wedding rather than overseeing your own day and worrying about what is going to happen next. We ensure we fully understand your wedding vision so we can truly make it a reality and act as crisis managers discreetly in the background.
Our “One Sweet Day” Service is perfect for the bride and groom who have done all the planning for their wedding or civil partnership and want piece of mind to ensure that they can relax and enjoy all their hard work both on the day and in the 2-4 weeks prior.
We will meet you at your venue at least 2 months prior to the day, to see and understand your wedding vision, most importantly we will not take over your day but are there to implement your plans to perfection. We will discuss every detail of the day and make a note of all your suppliers details. We will contact your suppliers prior to the day to ensure that they are clear with what has to be done and relevant timings and locations. We will put together a timeline of the day and a responsibilities document for your bridesmaids, best men and ushers if you are having them. We will ensure that everything runs to plan and we wear the watch so that you don’t have to.
Most of all we are there for unlimited e-mail and phone support in the run up to the day which allows you to have a dedicated “Wedding Buddy” that will never tire of listening to your plans and helping you to make your wedding dreams a reality. We are there in the background to ensure that all your hard work is delivered to an exceedingly high standard to ensure that you have a wedding day that will be etched in your memories for years to come. for the right reasons!!
